Please note that every item is handcrafted individually, in our studio by hand.
While we hold ourselves to a very high level of craftsmanship some items may have slight imperfections that add to the charm of the piece. Everything is checked for quality many times before leaving the studio, and we never ship a product that does not meet our standards.
Most pieces are made to order, therefore we do not keep a large stock of items. We made this decision so we can order fabric in smaller batches, allowing us to produce unique products for our customers.
Following a made to order process leads to better ensuring the fabric you want for your product is stocked.
Returns are subject to approval. If you must make a return please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to schedule a return. Please do not send back your item without first contacting us to schedule a return. Custom and sale products are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. Ensure you have included all original tags and packaging, as well as your order number, billing name, address, and e-mail address. Products received in an unsellable condition, or without return scheduled will not be refunded.
Once your product is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. At this time we will notify you if it is subject to refund. If the refund is approved your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.
Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. There is an exception if an error is made on our part that deviates from your original order
